Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday) following successful order placement and payment confirmation. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified accordingly.
Important Notes
- “Processing time” refers to the period required to verify, prepare, and dispatch an order after payment has been successfully confirmed.
- Orders placed outside of business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once an order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the customer.
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
Free Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days. The total estimated delivery timeframe from order confirmation to delivery is 4–7 business days. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders must be placed before 5:00 PM EST to be eligible for processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Carrier Information
Orders are primarily shipped via UPS Freight or other equivalent carriers at our discretion.
Standard Free Shipping:
- Orders are shipped directly to the delivery address provided at checkout.
- Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary based on location, carrier operations, and external conditions.
Shipping Restrictions
Continental U.S: Shipping services are available within the continental United States.
Alaska & Hawaii: Shipping may be available to Alaska and Hawaii; additional charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping services.
PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

How can I update the shipping address?
Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications to the delivery address cannot be guaranteed. Customers should contact support@movients.com for assistance. Requests are handled within 24 hours during business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST).
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
Order cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has been processed or shipped. Approved cancellations will be refunded in full. Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If a package arrives visibly damaged, customers are advised to refuse delivery where possible and contact customer support immediately. If damage is discovered after delivery, customers must notify us promptly. All damage-related claims are subject to review in accordance with our return and refund policy.
What if my order gets lost in the mail?
If an order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe of 4–7 business days, customers should contact us for assistance. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
If a shipment is confirmed as lost and the delivery address provided was accurate, a replacement order will be issued at no additional cost.
Please note: We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout.
