We believe our furniture should be as reliable as it is stylish. That’s why Movients provides a 30-day return policy, allowing you to shop with confidence knowing support is available if something isn’t right.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via phone or email within 30 days of receiving your order to request a full or partial refund, where applicable. Please review the details below for our complete return policy.
30-day return policy
You may return your furniture within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be:
- In new, unused, and undamaged condition
- Returned in its original packaging
Please note: Sale and discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Acceptable return reasons:
- Defective or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support within 30 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
- Incorrect items received: If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return and replacement.
- Change of mind returns: If you change your mind within 30 days of delivery, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Return process
To initiate a return, please email support@movients.com to request a return merchandise authorization (rma) and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label. We typically respond within 24 hours.
Once your rma and return instructions are provided:
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging
- Print and attach the provided shipping label to the outer package
- Our team will coordinate a suitable pickup time with our courier, or you may be instructed to drop off the package at a designated location
Returns submitted without prior authorization or a valid rma number will not be accepted.
Return shipping cost
- If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 10–12 business days, depending on your payment provider.
For refund-related inquiries, please contact support@movients.com. If a refund cannot be issued to the original payment method, it will be processed via bank transfer. We do not issue refunds through CashApp, Venmo, Payoneer, or similar platforms.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order separately. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Restocking fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Exceptions
If your item is defective or arrives damaged, please contact our support team for assistance. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible in accordance with this policy.
Deliveries to the incorrect address
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and the order is delivered accordingly, we are not responsible for any resulting loss or delivery issues.
Sale items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
