Sheeraz Hasan

London, England, UK

Born and raised in London, Sheeraz's father passed away when he was only 16, forcing him to work in the family restaurant in the heart of London called Tinseltown Cafe. As a gift to his mother, Sheeraz, accepting the responsibility, successfully ran the business making it the only 24 hour restaurant in town. After the restaurant took off he decided to pursue his dreams in America, and, with help of his family he moved to the United States.

He reasoned that South Asians comprise the second largest population in the world but had no direct link to the world of Hollywood. His big break came when he realized that no one was connecting Hollywood with Bollywood. So he created a TV show that bridged the gap between the two largest film industries while bringing spirituality to Hollywood. As a result Tinseltown TV was born. Tinseltown TV is the first show of its kind and Sheeraz will be shortly named the official film ambassador to South Asia from Hollywood by the government of India. It's an exciting and innovative weekly entertainment show targeting an international audience of 500 million viewers and shown in over forty states and 130 countries worldwide.

Sheeraz has also set up Tinseltown Studios, which will be producing movies from their studios in Hollywood. The theme of the company will be spiritually based as well as giving ethnic minority groups a platform to produce motion pictures for mainstream audiences.
