Published internationally, his photography is so popular he once shot over two million photographs in an 18-month period.

Additionally, Mr. Fischer stands at the forefront of technology within his field. In his career as a photographer he has worked with several camera and digital medium manufacturers to improve his process. Experienced in both 35mm and large format, he has ultimately migrated entirely to the digital format.

With a characteristic variety of mood and tone so evident in his work; Todd's photographs organically combine the sensitivity and vulnerability of his subjects with his ability to bring out their often uninhibited and gregarious personalities. As a catharsis, he is also deeply inspired by his personal works. These include his book projects such as his Photography Coffee Table Book and The Bunny Book. As well as his Centerfolds Revisited Project and the new Video Portrait series. A government contractor since 2003, Mr. Fischer holds a security clearance and through his company, Advanced Concepts Group, has pioneered new advancements in less-than-lethal weaponry. He has multiple pending patents on his theoretical designs. Many of these designs are brought to life in his epic science fiction mini-series story, WarSport: 2041.

He has stood center stage at the Ryman Auditorium and Radio City Music Hall. He has marched to the White House and spoken on the steps of Capitol Hill on behalf of the ALS Association. Fischer worked alongside the University of New Mexico's contract archeology department conducting ground-breaking research at the UFO Crash at Roswell debris field, and on the investigative team conducting research on the Kecksburg, Pennsylvania incident. He is most proud of working with the Manhattan Project's, Chester Lytle, who developed the detonator for the original atomic bomb. Todd worked with Lytle shortly before his death, helping him to collect his memoirs, document his research and recount his stories for publication later. Much of his work is still classified by the U.S. Government to this day.

Mr. Fischer has a great love for entertainers and has such a great respect for their craft and its process. He teaches acting classes each week through his acting group, The Players Club, and keeps an active podcast called, Sleepless in Indiana. Through the years, Todd has gained the trust of some of the most strong-willed celebrities. In his free time, he is restoring an old farmhouse on several acres where he keeps an active ranch and farm. But Mr. Fischer's best work is still to come with the announcement of Mediopolis. Based in the Midwest, it will be the largest production studio complex within the United States, comprising more than twelve companies providing film, television, publishing and entertainment human resources.
