Patrick C. Pérez

Bio:

Patrick Perez Vidauri is a bilingual Writer/Director as well as a translator and dialect coach for Film and Television. He has written a number of comedies and most recently translated the feature film, La Casa De Mi Padre directed by Matt Peidmont and starring Will Ferrel. Patrick also dialect coached Mr. Ferrel during production. Patrick has worked for 20th Television as lead translator and writer for Latin American Telenovelas translated into English entitled "Fashion House", "Desire", and "Watch Over Me" . Patrick also produced and directed all internet content for the prime time dramas "Desire" and "Fashion House," and "Watch Over Me." At Associated Televion International, Patrick worked as a "Preditor" producing and editing on an inspirational series of true life heroes entitled "Heroes Among Us". Patrick was born in California, attended Columbia University in NYC and earned his MFA in UCLA Film School. For the past 4 years, Patrick has been a member of the comedy/satire group "The Pocho Hour of Power" heard Fridays at 4pm on 90.7 KPFK. Their stage show "The Pocho Home Companion" continues to be performed at such venues as The John Anson Ford Amphitheater, and the Steve Allen Theater. Patrick has also co-written several of screenplays, and will direct his first feature film in the summer of 2011. Patrick lives with is wife and two sons in Mount Washington, CA.
