'Nerve' is about an online dare game, in which people give participants anonymous dares for money. The participants compete with each other to win the grand prize as the dares get tougher. Things get worse when the tasks get increasingly dangerous and lives are at stake.
When Vee walks the ladder, she is holding her 'phone in her outstretched right hand (which is balancing her), but the phone's POV is straight down her body to her feet.
When the leads are driving along the bridge in one shot, approximately ten usernames appear above them, denoting there are watchers in the vicinity. Two of these usernames are clearly identical.
Throughout the whole movie, Vee and others continuously touch the screen of their MacBooks as if they are touchscreen. This isn't necessarily a goof; It can be counted as artistic license, with the directors choosing to show it this way to fit in with the look of the film.
At one point, Ian weaves in and out of the traffic whilst blindfolded, steering left and right to avoid the cars, without any audible instructions from Vee. But he clearly states a couple moments before that she is in charge and to lean into turns. So she didn't have to voice him verbal directions, she was controlling the motorcycle.
